Shipping Policy

Where we ship: Green Neighbour Store ships to Canada and the United States. We don't currently ship anywhere else.

Shipping cost: Shipping is calculated on every order. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

How orders are made: Every item is printed to order by our print partner, Printful, and shipped from the facility closest to you. Because each item is made after you order it, production happens before shipping begins.

Delivery times: Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of purchase. Some orders take longer, up to 6 weeks, especially during busy periods such as the holidays. Orders with several items may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Tracking: When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping address: Please check your address carefully at checkout. Once an order is in production, we can't change it.

Late or lost orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks of purchase, email us at arthur.lightstone@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
